Law School

The Law School of Southwest Petroleum University was founded in December 9, 2001. There are 37 teaching staff in the school of them two are professors, 24 associate professors, three doctors, 14 LLM, and 548 students.

As to the academic research, the school is aiming at oil and gas law, and  has already made some joint research projects with some oil and gas copmanies in China. The academic researches enjoy high reputation in Sichuan Province. In the near future, it is preparing to build an unique institute which mainly focuses on law researches on oil and gas law.

The Law School of Southwest Petroleum University offers four undergraduate programs, which include Economics Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, and Law in Practice.
