Department of Physical Education

The Department of Physical Education was founded on 2nd June, 2003. Up till now, the department has 217 students, 51 teachers. Among those teachers, there are 39 professional teachers ( 8 of whom have got Master’s degree, taking up 20.5% of the total and 31 of whom have got the bachelor’s degree taking up 79.5%), 12 instructors; two full professors, 15 associate professors. In addition, 23 teachers are under the age of 40. Four teachers range from 40 to 45 in age. The scientific research of the department are mainly focused on P.E Industry, P.E Psychotherapy and so on. At present, there are one state-level social science fund, one university-level research programs and three university-level innovation programs.
